Thomas answers your questions, part 4 (about music!)

Q: Do you have any plans to continue to pursue music? I am waiting for a new album or new video to come out, are those put on hold now?

Thomas: I am always pursuing music. I haven’t put anything out in a long time mainly because I really want to be careful about what I release after such a strange debut album as “Psyanotic”. But I am always recording and producing. Many people don’t know that I have a side project as well as a solo career. I’m in a duo with Ian Krupp called “Wylie Peyote” and our first record is in the final mixing stages. It is very different music than my own in a really exciting way. Ian and I also composed the song “Drift” for “Angel’s Crest” as you’ll hear in the trailer and end credits.

Q: You announced Protean a while ago and I was wondering whats the status on it. Will it ever see the light of day? And if so will you update it significantly since it was started long ago?

Thomas: “Protean” is another odd record and a bit of an extension to “Psyanotic” in the sense that every track is a very different genre. It’s a good album that I am proud of but to be honest, I don’t know if I will ever release it. We’ll just have to see…

Q: And last of all, could you list all your influences?

Thomas: Depeche Mode, Lamb, We Are The World (the current band), CocoRosie, Bjork, Emilie Simone, Tears For Fears, Goldfrapp, Rammstein, The Knife, Philip Glass, Baths, Designer Drugs, Peaches, Slowdive, Evard Grieg and my Father.
